I would like to personally welcome you to the AIRSO website and introduce you to the world of "Working for Safety on the Road." AIRSO is a registered charity whose aim is to provide a platform for all who work in the wider area of road safety, whether that be, just to name a few, as a road safety officer, an emergency service worker, a driving instructor, a road or highways engineer, collision investigator, or in vehicle safety product design or development. The wide membership base provides links and personal contact with like minded people that can offer information, advice and support.
AIRSO provides meetings and seminars that cover the topics of the time and an informative insight into a variety of area’s related to road safety and safer roads. With the unsure future and ever changing priorities, AIRSO provides an excellent means of keeping up to date and networking with many types of road safety professionals. To get the details of any of our events and register your interest all you need to do is contact the Secretary. I personally believe that road safety should be everyone’s concern, and that everybody has a part to play in making the UK’s roads safer. So don’t stay on the outside join us and be on the inside
